North Easton Savings Bank and Mutual Bank take the final step to become one bank

You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

Prior to conversion weekend, North Easton Savings Bank customers will need to download past e-Statements as past statement history will not transfer. Moving forward, as of November 4, 2019, you will begin to build a new history of e-Statements.

There will be no change in access to e-Statement history for Mutual Bank customers.

Good news - all direct deposits will continue uninterrupted, regardless of any account changes. As to Online Bill Pay, any scheduled payments will be unaffected and be paid as usual. Note, there will be an interruption of access to Online Banking, over conversion weekend November 1 - November 4. We will be sending a Welcome Package by mail in early October with detailed information about service availability over that weekend, as well as post here on MeetYourBetterBank.com. What this interruption means is that customers won’t be able to login and schedule payments. However any bill payments already scheduled before the service interruption will proceed unaffected.

By Law, we are required to mail certain important information to each account holder. If you are on more than one account in a different capacity - for example, a joint account, or as custodian for a minor beneficiary - we are required to send a separate mailing for each account. We do take steps to reduce the number of mailings where possible - for example, if you have two accounts in your name alone, you should receive only one mailing.
